The ticket office is not open on Sundays and public holidays. Ticket requests received by fax or e-mail at this time will be processed on the following working day in the order in which they are received.

Box office
The box office opens 1 hour before the performance. If there are still tickets available for the respective performance, you will have the opportunity to purchase tickets on site.

Payment
In the ticket office and at the box offices you can pay in cash or with EC or credit card. Please note that payments by EC or credit card are not possible in all venues.

Online sales
Via the playbill at www.ruhrfestspiele.de or directly in the webshop at www.ruhrfestspiele.de/webshop. After your one-time registration as a customer, you can log in to our webshop using your email address and a password to book your ticket(s). After selecting the desired performance and seats, you pay with your credit card or via PayPal. After booking, you can print out your ticket(s) using the print@home option or save them on your smartphone. At the entrance, you show your printed ticket(s) or the online ticket on your smartphone. Vouchers can also be purchased via the webshop.
